“Had the most amazing experience EVER in all my years of shopping at/getting parts or products from O’Reillys!!!!!!. Needed a battery for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Came in mid day. The assistant manager, Patience, help me. AMAZING talent!!! I asked her if she went to trade school and she replied, no sir, I learned all that I know about what I do here in one year. She handled it all!!! She put my battery on test. We determined it was a bad battery. She sold me a new one. Then, she installed the new one and further tested the alternator and starter on. Her tester to make sure all systems were good. They were.
