The workers in the pharmacy are snarky and unprofessional, at least the ones working this evening. I thought maybe it was a one-off as they were very busy, but judging by the rest of the comments, seems to be the norm.

I called the pharmacy at 6:30pm to get a prescription transferred from CVS. It’s now 7:20pm and they still haven’t called CVS to transfer my prescription. It’s TOO LATE now since CVS closes at 7. Nothing is urgent anymore.

Pharmacy staff are rude and have an attitude that is not customer service. Maybe they should get a job they enjoy.
