“Liberty Pharmacy is the best I’ve used! The staff are very helpful and always friendly. I have never had to wait for someone to answer the phone, and they’ve even reached out to me to let me know if I have a refill available so I can pick up more items in one trip or to see what flavor my cat would like added to his medication. I have also never waited more than a couple of minutes to pick up prescriptions. I can’t believe this level of customer service still exists. I’m so glad I found them and definitely recommend making the switch!”

“We just left the Williamson Drive HEB in Georgetown. Wonderful experience all around. Went to pick up 8 live lobsters for a birthday celebration. Robert in seafood department was great selecting the size lobsters we desired. Packed them for our trip back to Fredericksburg. Tee in the self checkout helped us by standing at our side as she had to override the computer each scan as computer didn't understand we weren't going to put them in a bag. Great customer service all around, congratulations on an epic experience!!!”
“I really like Targét (is that how we spell Tar-jay?). It is massive, clean and has a little of everything.To that point, this Super Targét isn't the supermarket size grocery store their Wally World competitors are. No deli or bakery. But they have a good spot of fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, frozen items, beverages etc.Their clothing selection is massive. The hardware area is not as large as their furniture and appliance selection. But all are tidy, well-stocked and competitively priced. It is a well executed Targét! So, why four stars? It's logistics.I and every other human buys food more than clothing. Yet there is only one entrance to the store...if you want to hike past clothes, cosmetics, gift cards, kitchen appliances, pharmaceuticals and school supplies to get your tomatoes you're good. But if you weren't up to a mile long to-and-from grocery buy you'll be at the two-entranced Wally World, HEB, Randall's, et al.”

“With the changes annually to Medicare Part D supplemental plans, we've moved from Walgreen's, CVS and now Walmart. We find the Georgetown Walmart provides better and more prompt service than either the local Walgreen's and CVS and hope we can stay with Walmart next year.”
“I was very surprised to see so many mela kits. So much variety and they all looked delicious! There were a few different takes on familiar items from other locations that looked delicious- the butter lemon dill shrimp cocktail was calling my name! They did have a few issues with some of their paper coupons working and that caused for a long holdup in the checkout line but other than that I really like the products this location has to offer.”

“I've been using HEB as my pharmacy for quite a while. They've always been helpful, considerate, professional & speedy considering the huge customer populations they serve at each store.Today, I called because the prescriptions ordered upon my hospital discharge for kidney stones weren't all due to be available for a few hours. The tech who took my call immediately understood my need & pain level (anyone who's had kidney stones can relate) & put a rush on the meds. I know how busy Saturdays are at HEB, especially my awesome Williams Drive location. So I truly appreciate that she responded so kindly. Only an hour wait for pain relief.I love my HEB. I really do.”

“I’m a manager at a wholesale establishment , these pharmacy techs have wonderful customer service , have to name Jennifer, Jarod they always 100% have amazing customer service even with the disadvantages the endure everyday of being short handed and they still put on wonderful customer service . I have seen customers just plain rude to these pharmacy techs because the have to wait an extra 30 minutes for their scripts, and the employees continue to have great customer service . I know for a fact any where in town every pharmacy is slammed , understaffed and have long lines . These pharmacy employees are doing in amazing job and need to be recognized by Walgreens !!!”

“This Walgreens is positioned between two big grocery stores and at the entrance of Sun City. Now, I don't know about you but if I need a quick bag of Doritos or a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, I don't want to journey down the road to a crowded parking lot. It is a craving or a need, not a pilgrimage. Not to belittle this store's attributes. No, the opposite. This store has TONS of stuff to save you time in your quest. This Walgreens is well stocked, well maintained and has friendly employees. I haven't used its pharmacy so I can't sing its praises, but it does have plenty of medications, physical aids, food and drinks and even toys. It's a good location and earns its spot as gatekeeper to Sun City (southside).”

So we looked around for some wrenches and just the basic tools needed to fix things. We contacted Wrenchouse and we got all our tools there. “HEB has gone absolutely crazy with their stores they are way too big. It's like running a marathon to get from the vegetables to the eggs. Sometimes simplicity is better. I sure do miss the small store from across the street and so do a lot of the older folks that have a hard time making that 2 mi walk from the vegetables to the eggs. The world might think about toning it down just a little bit bigger is not always better. I'll only go to the store when I absolutely have to if Aldi's does not have what I'm looking for and 90% of the time I don't need to go to HEB.”
