We have had Rock Solid for a little over 3 years and couldn’t be happier. We had our son in online school and he was able to actively participate and takes tests without delays. If we have any problem, of which I think are maybe two the entire time, they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend !

Fast and friendly service. Very impressed with the internet speed we are getting in Georgetown.

Absolutely pitiful after installation response and service. I am still waiting , 10, days now for my home phone to be switched over. Their highest internet speed offered still has problems playing movies on Netflix. Bottom line the $20 I saved per month wasn’t worth the frustration. I recommend don’t do it.
