“My car dealership recommended both engine and cabin filter replacements. I called this location from their waiting area and spoke with Audra. She was very nice and helpful. She told me that each item was only $20-something each and she would show me how to replace them myself. So I declined replacements with the dealership and went straight there as soon as my car was ready. Luckily I caught Audra before she left for the day. She very quickly found and pulled out both filters. Before ringing me up, she asked to take a look first. I popped the hood. Audra showed me where the engine filter was / how to get to it and she saw it was pretty clean. Neither filter needed to be replaced and she was honest with me about it- instead of trying to sell me items I didn’t need.
