“I had a Great Experience with Pro Glass! I had an unfortunate hit to my windshield that damaged it badly, I call Georgetown Infinity and they referred me to Pro Glass! They did a great job, scheduled me promptly and had it installed right away, even accomidating our schedule! Highly recommend!!”
“I had a tire that had a hole & required immediate attention. Auto Spec (Weston) got it in quickly. While it was there I decided to have the transmission & coolant system flushed. I was quoted $701.00 for the total of all three services.
When I went to pickup my vehicle the price had DROPPED to $608.00.
Apparently the transmission flush was not quite as expensive as estimated. They could have charged the quoted amount and I would have never been the wiser.
What a great company to do business with. I gave them 5 stars because 10 is not available.”

“I have done my AC repair for my car last year with warranty of 2 years. This year again same problem cooling is not blown. I went to shop to get it repaired. They identified the problem with one of the part leaking and cool air is not blowing they have taken care and replaced the full part that has warranty without any price and labor charges also they didn’t charge from me.
They provide great service and support. Only thing they will take little time to fix it.”
“I made a trip up to Austin a few weeks ago, and long story short completely blew out two tires and the fan for my engine died. As expected, I was a terrified 23 year old due to being hours away from any family and over 2 hours away from my home. Kevin and his men were some of the kindest and most hard working people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Due to the circumstances and my situation, Kevin worked on my car all the next day and was able to get it back to me that same day. This was the biggest blessing. “In todays fast moving world, it is a challenge to find a doctor, dentist, attorney or auto mechanic that you have confidence in and can trust to have your best interests in mind. I'm still looking for a doctor, dentist and attorney, but I found that mechanic in Mr. Fix It's Kenny Vale. I contacted Kenny to get a quote on a brake job for my 2012 Kia. He quoted me a very fair price (compared to several other local shops) and we set an appointment for him to come to my house to make the repairs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he was unable to keep the scheduled appointment. Instead of not showing up, Kenny kept me informed of his status and made it out at the next convenient time to complete the repairs. He replaced the rotors, pads etc. with the expertise and efficiency of someone who obviously has been doing auto repair for a long time. Kenny then test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was working as promised. He explained everything he had done and the parts replaced. I was so impressed with his expertise and professionalism, I asked him to look at another vehicle I had that needed a repair. He found a replacement part (of better quality than the OEM) and replaced that part on another visit. He also went out of his way to help us locate a set of missing keys. It is so refreshing to find someone of Kenny's honesty, integrity and professionalism in this "dog eat dog" world we live in. I highly recommend Mr. Fix It (Kenny Vale) for all your auto repairs. We will now be customers for life. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!”

I was trying to find the pictures from one of the Christmas parties, don’t recall the year in between 98-04? I remember it was cold, think they might have been on a back up drive that failed? Great people, great place! Now I’ve got to see if I can sew up the pit hole in my orange shirt? Glad I got Martha to send me another hoodie a couple years back, you can see through the first one!

James was kind and wonderful to work with. Very quickly isolated the problem and provided insight as well. Left me with things to look out for and keep an eye on which was much appreciated. He even fixed some of the buttons in my car that were fading. I didn't even notice till the next day.

“I knew this was going to be a great experience when I walked through the front door & this (see photos), was the 1st thing I saw. Stopped by for an emissions inspection. (First time visiting Mr. T's.) They were finishing up with someone upon arrival. I was in the bay & back on my way within 10 - 15 min total. However, I need to disclose that half that time was spent talking about the amazing Dracaena Massangeana in the waiting area. Henry, provided the tech name printed on my inspection report is in fact the individual who assisted me, was pleasant, courteous, provided excellent customer service, & was prompt in getting the inspection completed.
