βI have been doing business here for over 10 years now. They are always very quick and efficient, and they do superior work without the premium price of your typical Kwik Kar or Jiffy Lube. They are a locally owned small business. If they don't do great work, people will stop coming, and they will be out of business. I highly recommend them!
Wow! I read several of the one star reviews today and I'm baffled. I'm not sure if The reviews are fake, or if the reviewers are confused about which place they went to, or if there's some other reason of which I am not aware. But these guys do quality work consistently. There is absolutely no way that anybody there would ever yell at a customer.
They've never tried to scam me or take advantage of any of my female children (4) who they don't even know are my children. I check the oil level myself after every oil change and it is always correct. I also check for oil leaks because they can be devastating. Never had a problem with either.
They have never broken anything or done anything stupid. Maybe it's a Jekyll and Hyde situation. Maybe when I'm not there they go insane and transform into the monster from the Bugs Bunny cartoon. That seems unlikely though, so I do not understand the motivation for the one star reviews.
I had a vehicle with 286,000 miles on it before it was wrecked and every oil change it ever had after I purchased it was done here. I currently have two vehicles with over 200,000 mi on them and all of their oil changes have been done here since I acquired them. All three of them had the original engines.
The point is, they do great work. Don't let yourself be influenced by the bad reviews.β

I really liked that they took the time to check my car and see that everything was fine and that It didn't have a defect, they let me know what I needed and it feels good to be told if everything is fine in your car or not, it is encouraging to know that you are riding in something safe...a highly recommended place...β

βMy daughter was having issues with her tire pressure and she needed a Ford place to take her Bronco that would take care of her in the evening without an appointment. After calling several dealerships and getting turned away at 5pm, a service advisor at Randall Reed suggested we come here. They got us in fast and did a great job!! The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. We will be back!!!β
βThese guys went above and beyond to make sure my oil change was correct. My truck is newer and has the 3.0 diesel. They double checked everything and found out my previous oil change place had stripped my plug, which they replaced. If you ever need things done correctly go see Taleb he knows his stuff.β

βIβve visited many Take 5 locations over the years and this one is my favorite. I will go out of my way in the future to come back here. Adam and Cooper are a five star team. I really like that the Mobil 1 synthetic oil comes from bottles vs a tank. I know I can trust the high quality product 100%. Prices are reasonable when you compare to competition and Take 5 has good coupons from time to time. Highly recommend this location.β

βIt should ideally be a one star. But I'm giving four stars lemme explain.Customer service is pretty poor. I'm guessing that's because they're overworked and underpaid.But sweet talk with the ladies on the counter and they'll help you out. So 4 stars for that because I think ultimately we all go to Walmart because of the cheaper pricing and their value to price ratio which is unbeatable.β

βI got here around noon there was 5 trucks infront of me thought will be here all day but no oil change fuel and oil filter change for 275$!! Not bad all within a hour definitely worth my drive from Crowley to garland. Highly recommend this placeβ
