Park Place Motors kept my car 2 months and did nothing, said a part was backordered and it could be another 3 months before my car was repaired all along implying I should just buy a new car, even though my car only had 60K miles on it. I sent the vehicle to Autoscope, who diagnosed the problem (not the problem reported by Park Place) and had my car repaired within 36 hours. Its been running like a charm. “I have been taking my Audi Q5 here for about a year. Bashir & Alex are the guys to talk to. I had to get a cv axle for the driver side and they replaced it no issue. It started acting up again and they not only fixed the driver side under warranty but also the passenger side at no cost to myself. Yea I had to pay the first time but not the second! They always tell you the low down truth and they have experience with luxury and mid luxury vehicles. When you pull in to Ace you only see those types of vehicles parked there.
