“Every experience with Stonebriar Auto Service & Repair has always been amazing, after picking up a vehicle that immediately needed a new motor and not being able to get in touch with the repairman for several weeks I took my car to Stonebriar because of a funny noise they took a look at it and instantly n knew what the problem was and pulled car around to fix it and if that wasn’t enough stellar service they didn’t even charge needless to say it took away all my fear and stress I had been feeling for weeks not getting in touch with the other repair place. My husband always bring our others cars here and the service is A+++ and everyone so nice and always professional I just love this place won’t go anywhere else to service our cars.”

“WOW!!! This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I haven't experienced this level of service, knowledge, care since I can remember! I overheard others saying the same as well. I came in just after 5pm on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in the schedule after I picked up a nail on a jobsite today, then I decided to replace 2 tires as well. Was no problem for them. All bays were full but also FULLY staffed so they had my car ready to go in no time! Called my parents just to tell them they need to start coming to this location. 5 STARS!!!”

“I don't know how I've not previously written a review for Carmon as I have been a thankful recipient of expertise for probably 10 years when he had his shop at the 75 and royal area. He is beyond budget considerate with his pricing and just overall extremely honest and fair. He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget. “All the guys that work here are great. I even went to two different restaurants while waiting for my tires and the people at both restaurants spoke very highly of them. Sam took very good care of me, ordered my tires and called me when they were in. They did excellent job on thwere able to take me a day early. I especially appreciated that they wrote up my order without high pressure sales, like you get at Discount Tire, and found me a 10% discount, something that Discount Tire would never do. They were also about $40 cheaper on 4 Wrangler Duratrac RT (17r70) @ $243.00 ea. on their website before the 10% discount. I was basically allowed to do an alignment for free with the savings. “I went to 6 other places trying to get an inspection. It’s late in the day and all the “big brand” places didn’t feel like messing with it. I called Honest-1 and the lady was extremely nice on the phone. She asked her technician and he said he would stay and wait for me to arrive. They were very accommodating, snacks, and beverages available as well. I’m extremely impressed and they have gained a new customer. “Discount Tire has been the only place I buy my tires. The employees at this location are friendly and helpful as other locations. It can be a bit tedious when leaving as it's located on 121 service road. My last visit didn't go as smoothly as it usually does. I had an appointment for two tires to be installed, which I ordered a few days before. 1 of the 2 tires was not the correct size. They apologized for the mishap after I waited an hour. I understand things happen, but I'm not happy I have to go back. I will still choose Discount Tire for all my tire needs.”
