“I went on with a huge, very heavy, fragile guitar speaker cabinet and didn't know what to do. They walked me through everything I needed to do tonpack it securely and ensure the total made it safely tonite destination - even taped up the box for me (see picture). They are always so friendly - I go here often for my printing and they are always super helpful. I always pick UPS if I have a choice and I always pick this location when I can .”

“My 7 year old said I needed to leave FedEx a 5 star review. So here I am. But, on a serious note, this location has always been awesome. Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

“I've used this location multiple times this past year since it's so close to Collin College and have received EXCEPTIONAL customer service EVERY time. I spoke with the manager about dropping off a big load to be shredded after dad's passing and during that time, pipes froze, the paper took on the smell, and he even offered to help pick it up. Just the offer meant the world to me after what all had happened. The night I brought it in, he had many customers right before and at closing and took care of all of us. Brad, thank you SO much for your KINDNESS and WONDERFUL customer service which is priceless anymore.”

“I was under an extremely tight deadline to get 650 letters mailed out on a Friday afternoon and our normal team was short about 500 of the cardboard envelopes. We went to the store to buy the 100 envelopes they had and the owner and staff amazingly were able to track down 400 more for us and get them to our office. Thanks to the staff we were able to meet the deadline on a very important project. The team went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful!”

“I walked into this business on a weekday afternoon and needed a print job completed immediately for a PTA event. Zeke and Tanesha were friendly and told me they would ask their manager if it was possible to complete the job. Ashley, their manager, came out to greet me and agreed to complete the print job. I was in and out of there- during a very busy time of day, in about 20 minutes. I was so appreciative to Zeke, Tanesha, and Ashley! They saves the day, for me!”
