“Evelyn has been great. She is very intelligent and resourceful. She was helpful with both my DirectTV and cell phone needs. Recently, when I had a pop-up issue that took over my home screen on my new cell phone that I needed assistance with, I revisited the store, and Evelyn knew how to fix the issue almost immediately.I did read a review where a customer complained that they weren't waited on and was listening to my conversation at this store, which I find insulting because it's none of their business what I dicuss in the interim. Basically, if Evelyn is helping me with something like she always has and I'm chatting while I'm waiting for her to resolve an issue for me then that's nobody else's business and to me the person who complained (and felt the need to take pictures) was childish, impatient, self-important, and apparently feeling a little entitled. To that person, if you have an issue about waiting for service at any place of business, then you ask the salesperson if they will be a little longer because you've been waiting and you don't passive aggressively take pictures and bring up a load of nonsense online when you don't know what you're talking about!”

“Our problem with our router after a move is not yet solved, but I have to shout out Chris, Sheree and Adriana at this store. These three worked tirelessly to try and help us on a busy Saturday night, working the system on their end to get our home internet access back-absolutely critical for our work, even on a weekend. “Especially switching from Mint Mobile (which isn’t bad for the price if you don’t use much data). Cricket is on AT&Ts network which works extremely well even the hotspot works really well so well I can watch movies and live video chats with no issues. And you get 150 Gigs of cloud storage with the $60 plan. It’s sad that I’m this excited about it but it’s really that good”
