I picked up my rental Monday morning. The location was busy, and I expected to have to wait. As I waited, I watched, as I tend to do, and was impressed with Bridgette McClain's poise and professionalism. She remained composure while handling customers in front of her, calling on hold, and helping a newer associate handle a customer transaction issue. I turned my rental in early in the morning today and again watched Brigette handling customers and employees with complete poise and professionalism. Brigette is an incredible representative for Hertz and has the company's interest as her mission.

Very bad customer service, and they are pretty rude with customers. Waiting time is too long, and they need to change their return policy. Also, please check your car prior to taking keys as they have given front window damaged car without pre inspection.

I booked rental car this morning to be picked up from this location. When I reached the location to pickup they told me that there are no cars available, and I was like why did you let me book then? Then while I was on call with customer service to change the pickup location, the manager somehow magically found a car and offered it to me, which I happily accepted because I didn't want to Uber to another location. When I drove out car started alerting that the key battery was low. I called the store to let them know, Da'Narius confirmed that they have batteries and asked me to come back. I went back and after wasting 15-20 minutes of my time he told me that they don't have the right battery and asked me to drive to Drivers Edge which is a few miles away and they will get the battery replaced. So I drove to that location and they handed over the battery to me and instead of installing asked me to go back because Da'Narius called them before I reached, to tell them that he forgot to put the battery inside chip so they can't change the battery and I will have to go back to Hertz. So I had to drive all the way back to this location. People do car rentals for ease not for so much hassle. I'm extremely disappointed with the over customer service experience. I thought Hertz had some standards but looks like they are none. They made me drive during the peak rush hour which is insane.

Today I had a great experience. Got there at 9:30am and very few people were there. I reserved my car Friday, checked in through App Saturday, picked up car Monday. Note: I do not recommend trying to reserve a car same day even if it App or web says a car is available.

Worst customer service. They are doing such a slow work. Representatives are talking with each other and people are waiting in line. One Representative took 20 minutes just to stick one sticker on car. She was too slow. Company should take care of their walkin customers. Too bad service. Waited for more then hour. Only 3 customer ahead of us.

WOW. I rarely leave reviews but I am SO grateful for this staff and their amazing customer service. We a lot going on the day of pick up - we are new to the area and were late to pick up our car (which we reserved online - MAKE SURE YOU RESERVE ONLINE FIRST.) They held our vehicle for us even though walk-ins came in and it was the last car available. In addition our card wasn’t working for some reason and they patiently waited after closing time until we got ahold of our bank to figure everything out. So grateful for this team and their above and beyond customer service.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Both times I was here, it was super busy but they handled it with grace and patience. At one point the lobby had 10 people waiting and only 2 ladies working the front desk. Hertz corporate- if you’re reading this- they could probably use a 3rd desk and 3rd rental agent!

The staff is friendly enough but their ability to make things right after something goes wrong is non existent. Had a car reservation for noon and the didn’t even have it in the lot until after 2. Which made us miss vacation reservations. Asked them to possibly comp us an extra day so we could make up the reservation at the end of our trip and they refused. Said there is nothing they can do.So if something goes wrong with your reservation it kind of a big “oh well.”

Dude if i could give a lower rating i would. Ive had a wedding planned for the last year now, We got our rental last week and had it all scheduled for pick up. Upon arrival, they tell me the car we scheduled is not even there, and that we will have to use an electric car. Im not sure if yall are familiar with the drive from Dallas to Houston, but theres no way you’re making it solely on an electric car. They had more than enough time to let us know and make us aware of the situation, but waited until we arrived to give notice. We left empty handed, now an hour late because they wasted our time trying to sell us on an electric car, and still have to find a new rental car because of their incompetence. Would not recommend, Don’t even bother wasting your time or money here.

Don’t bother renting from hertz at DFW unless you booked directly from hertz (not Priceline or any other 3rd party travel site) and not unless you signed up for hertz gold. The line at the rental car center is usually very long and you’re lucky if there are more than 2 or 3 people working the counter. If you are a gold member, you can skip the line and hope they actually have your car ready. Ever since the pandemic, hertz is a nightmare.

Miss Bridget was incredible to work with! She was upfront, honest, and super helpful when we ourselves didn’t understand the rental process. The location was very busy, but she helped to make sure we were all set. She’s an absolute gem. We loved the car we rented. Return was a breeze. We will definitely return to this location next time and refer anyone else because Bridget’s customer service was above and beyond. We really appreciate it ?

I am a President Circle Gold Hertz member and I have been renting with Hertz locations in Plano for a while now. Not a single time, I ever had any issue. Excellent Customer experience from team Thank you !! Clean and excellent automobiles, great location, Excellent Management and Customer skills. Mr. Parker is extremely professional and exceptional in Customer Care and he has trained his staff professionalism which is very evident at Frisco location. They go above and beyond to review your request and meet your needs. . Looking forward to rent again for Business and for pleasure during this year and years to come at this Frisco location. Thank you again Mr. Parker for maintaining high standards of quality service and Customer Care at Hertz Corp. I truly appreciate it.

My experience with this location out of all my hertz experience is amazing. Management is worked so patiently for each and every customer even after the closing time. I have had a great and seamless experience. Employees at this location need a shout out for their determination.

Not only are the staff AT the location rude, aside from one of the reps, but both of the rentals I have had in the last six months have had issues. I only used them for a second time because it was promised to "make it right" from how ghastly the first trip went. During the first trip, they gave me an OLD dirty Corolla with a broken seat back. When I tried to get this fixed, the customer service rep hung up with an "I don't want to do this today, call back Monday," leaving me stuck waiting two days to replace the car. They then tried to replace that car with one with 0 AC, which I obviously did not leave the lot. I ended up with a Ford Edge, but it smelled so badly of smoke that I had a headache the whole time and had to buy a bottle of spray to lessen the smell. I was promised a free tank of gas that was not made good. I also needed to extend the rental, but they refused to do so over the phone. Online wouldn't process, so I returned to a location to extend the rental. They then charged me over $300 for two additional days, almost the same as I had paid for five days. Insane. They then waited over a month before charging my card an additional $50 for tolls. I added the vehicle to my toll tag, so this should not have been possible. It took me fighting and calling and providing proof from July to the end of August before they refunded me PART of the toll, and then I had to fight with the Texas toll to get the rest. The second rental car was fine enough, but it needed an oil change before returning it. Now they are trying to pull the same crap with the tolls and fraudulently charge my card again. This company is not trustworthy, not reliable, and will screw you over at literally every turn that they can. Not a single employee who screwed up in either of these scenarios has been held accountable, and if you travel far from the location you pick up, they refuse to properly take care of you because they know they will not be held accountable. I do NOT recommend wasting your time or money. I will be sending my business to Enterprise in the future.

Terrible customer service. The staff makes ZERO effort to help customers. Waited for an half an hour with nobody in front of me. Staff looked up when I came in and never addressed me. Not sure what the 3 staff members were doing but it felt like the US Post office. Not a good experience. Rental was clean and worked well.
