Worst place ever. Got charge on extra 2 days due to the office closed at 12 noon on Saturday. The confirmation printed return by Saturday 15:30 pm. The customer service should have reminded all their customers their operation hours for weekday and Saturday. Avoid this place. I will never come back again. In addition, slow service.

This is the worst location, racist, avoid this place if you want peace in your life. The store manager himself doesn't know what he is talking, he does not know anything nor he answers a question properly. When called and enquired before making the reservation, 'Brad' mentioned they offer Lyft pickup and drop off service within 3 miles distance. So I went ahead and made the reservation by paying the total amount, and when called the next day for pickup no one answered the calls. I booked a ride myself and went to the location to pickup the car, the manager pulled my reservation and he said the card did not work even though I used the same card that I made the online reservation, he simply asked me to contact customer service without even trying to help or see why it is not working when I already paid for the reservation online using the same card. Isn't it their responsibility to fix it and make it work when I have a valid reservation that I paid already? Ridiculous, instead he asked me to contact customer service and fix it myself, why do I have to do that, then what for they are up to? I didn't get a car, and had to book a ride back home, waste of time and money for nothing which is the result of the manager's excellent customer service.

The worst place ever. I had to rent a car due to my car accident through the insurance company. I came with my baby to rent a car in 14th of June and spent there almost 3 hours. The manager promised to take care of me as soon as possible. So, 3 hours of waiting and taking care of others. Finally, after more than 3 hours of waiting a got a car. They never informed me that a need to buy a toll pass and being exhausted I got the car and left. So, next day they charged me twice for the deposit. After returning the car I got a bill for $200 for toll charge. Now as of August, no deposit return and had a bill to pay for toll. I have no idea how that business can exist. Scammers!!! Impossible to talk with a person. Customer service is automated. Please try to stay away from them!!!! I will never come back!!!!

Update: arrived at 10:08am. Waited over one and a half hours. Before when renting here they never asked for my insurance information. I was not expecting needing it. My mom signed up for the policy in my name. I can’t login into the app to get it. She can’t remember her login details. After waiting over an hour and a half this happens? The staff said he could cancel it. Then my mom and dad went in and they told them they could not cancel it. Why should we be required to do all the work when it’s their mistakes? Horrible customer service. They should get more organized and efficient and refund customers. And stop being abnormal and repeating the past. I can’t cancel it on the app. Says invalid and please log out. Hertz are thieves.

I’m not able to rate this place lower than 1 star; if I could I would. The agent who we had the bad luck to speak with had absolutely no empathy, and there was no one else to speak with. My father in law who is 64 years old, a President’s Circle member of Hertz, was trying to rent a car, after having reserved a car in advance and still waiting for an hour only for someone to attend to him. For some reason his credit and debit cards declined. I was in my car waiting for him and he came out asking if I had a card on me because the agent inside was being unhelpful. I, then, went inside. I wasn’t carrying my wallet, so when asked if we could use my Apple Pay, the agent said they couldn’t. I offered to punch in my card details into the card reader and he said they needed a physical card. My father in law called his card company while he was there and while the card company (who said there was nothing wrong with the card) was on call with him, per their advise, he requested the agent to try either swiping the card or try processing the card one more time. The agent refused. When asked why, he said per policy he doesn’t have to. When asked what policy, he said if a card declined twice he could refuse service. When pointed out that they were two different cards that were tried and per the policy he quoted there was still one more try, he blatantly refused service and said we should leave and he didn’t want to business with us. This agent had absolutely no empathy for the situation an elderly person, as my father in law, was in and had no sense of customer service to suggest options he could try. Both my father in law and I have consulting careers and between the two of us we have rented cars a zillion times cuz we travel for work on a weekly basis, and this is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had to see happen and my father in law had to go through. I would never do business here.

STAY AWAY from this location. After returning our rental, they charged us $384 3 days after our return. Called CS who said that they did not file the return so they automatically charged addtl. 3 days rental. This location has done this to many other customers. This is ILLEGAL to charge for services not rendered.

Wish I could zero, had reserved a vechile a month back, called with a confirmation 2 days before the pickup but in the day of the pickup they mentioned they do not have the car, completely ridiculous service

Fraud rental company. Charged me twice for one rental. They did not show the toll chargers in the display while signing and when I checked the printed receipt after paying I went back to them even before taking the car and upon asked they said it cannot be removed as it was closing day and gave me customer care number who will take care of it. Next morning when I called the customer care they said they can only remove the toll charges (14.99 per day) only when the rental car is returned and you have to call after 24 hrs which is when they can see the bill and remove the chargers.
I called them after 24 hrs of returning the car and they said the contract is closed and cannot remove the chargers. What a scammers this rental car agency is. I have the recordings of the customer care when I spoke to them and I’m going to report fraud case.
Also after 3 months I get a letter from hertz saying I have to pay back the discount I was given by this hertz location which is almost 90% of the bill I already paid. Firstly the agent in the hertz location gives you a discount for the upgrade as she scanned some voucher in front of me and says the discount is applied and later hertz corporation sends you a letter that it is not discount it’s prepaid voucher and you have to pay back. I don’t know how many scam tricks they have under their sleeves. Don’t ever book with them. Don’t fall for the discounts they give you.
Apart from this scam, things I noticed is they give you the car with less than 1/4 fuel and mileage reading shows on the receipt as 34866 but the actual reading in the car shows 35070. So many scams.
