“My only complaint is that Enterprise rarely has the vehicle that request, i.e. Tahoe, Suburban. However, the staff at the Teel Pkwy location always call and discount the booking for a different vehicle. The staff is always so friendly and a big reason why I continue to book with Enterprise instead of going with Priceline or other rental agencies.”

“I found a good SUV and a good price for one week while our car was in the shop from this location. The vehicle had a few minor issues but Morgan the manager was extremely helpful and took care of me and I will definitely rent from here again. Also Morgan had an excellent report with her staff; it was obvious everybody there gets along which is refreshing to see .”

“Picked up my rental car on Apr 19 and had a good experience. First booking online was smooth. Picking up I interacted with 3 gentlemen (african american man - manager, other guy working front desk I believe is Indian, and 3rd guy named Zachary who washed my car) - all gave a great experience, friendly personable not too pushy and efficient
I got the car I wanted and asked for them to rush the wash so I could get back to work and then get on the road and they did just that and still did a good job washing.
There were few issues I could hear with car availability and delayed reservations but I did not face this.”
