“We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? I'm not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions I've ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well.”

She even found me a discount I may have otherwise missed. Any other Samsung devices or services I need, I'll be certain to come here. Kudos to Samsung for setting up a clean, friendly retail space for products that can frankly be a little confusing to compare online.”

I would like to point out that Lenea exudes so much knowledge, very prompt, friendly, and hard working. Each time I come into the store, she’s very pleasant and helpful with finding things. I’m not sure if she’s a Manager, but having staff like herself helps me to understand why my experience, at Home Depot, is always a positive one.
