“This is the most wonderful place to live. I have been here since 2008 with the exception of a couple of years and I couldn't wait to get back. The best office staff and maintenance I have seen. They go above and beyond to help everyone. Also wonderful tenants that are very friendly and courteous. I can't imagine living anywhere else. I've always felt very safe here no matter what time I go out my door day or night. I am very thankful to be here and hope to have many more years here.”

The location is amazing, due to everything being so conveniently located; restaurants, schools, mall, stores and entertainment.
I feel safe leaving my family at home when I go to work. The complex is clean and quiet. I live downstairs and forget I have someone living upstairs.

“I have enjoyed living here the part 5 years. Management is responsive and polite. Maintenance is prompt. I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”
“My AC was out and it was already after hours as soon as i reported it Joe the maintenance guy came and fixed it, within 10 minutes after making the phone call my AC was back on!”

“The A/C randomly stopped working today and immediately called maintenance to put in an emergency request. Alan was quick to respond, showed up ready to fix the issue in no time, and even had an air filter on hand since we needed a new one as well (air filter was not the issue but Alan was prepared). A/C was back up within the hour. Great job by Alan. Thank you!”

“We love San Palmilla. We've been here for 4 yrs now, it's our 2nd unit. We've been so happy with the amenities. The best part of living here is the Staff, office and maintenance. They are very helpful, responsive, and professional. One thing I've appreciated is that they're built well and it's rare to hear our neighbors. I've recommended this complex to so many bc I believe it's a great place. We initially thought living by the freeway would be an issue but in fact it's been great, HEB, Starbucks, and Doctors' office are within walking distance. We will continue to make this our home for a while. Thx San Palmilla Staff. ?? The Morgans”

The complex is very peaceful and well kept. This complex is a great option for someone starting over or moving out for the first time!!”

“I like living here, it's close to everything. The staff is great. The pool and club house are resort like. They also have a Pavillion for BBQ with tables, chairs, couches, and an outdoor TV. The only thing is for the monthly rate, I expected a little more in upgraded appliances and fixtures. They are nice apartments, though. The recent paint job and spring landscaping really make the place pop!”

Office team is quitenice and responsive and fixes problems quite fast longest I had to wait for something to be fixed was 2-3 days which seemed pretty fast since it wasn't a major issue. When I thought something was a big issue, they responded within the same day of the work order and the longest wait was a day.”
“Went in cause my parents forced me to move out and Molly sat and was very understanding of my situation and had walked me through the paperwork and everything I needed and even showed me a model apartment. I truly believe this is the place I wanna set my roots and make a home I’ve been in contact with the management and they’ve made it all so easy for me to collect a key!! (Update)….Honestly such amazing office staff that new girl fernanda and Molly really helped me and really hope to see them stay and work together cause they’re like a dynamic duo honestly can’t wait to move in now and call this place home!!!! “I’ve lived at the Reserve for over 3 years now. It’s a smaller, quiet complex in a good part of town. Close to Baybrook and 45. Have had no issues since moving in here! Definitely recommend if you can snag an opening!”
