It’s been great living here! Maritza has been super welcoming and helpful (especially whenever an issue arises)! Joe is quick with maintenance requests, and is very thorough and knowledgeable. The homes are super cozy and definitely a good price for what you get, especially in the Clear Lake City area!

Maintenance team was able to install a new AC unit as fast as they could, after the old one gave out. So happy to have AC again. ?
