“I came to this location because while driving over the median I got 2 nails In my back tires. I spoke with a man named Michael, he taught me about a tire and why you should be vigilant when purchasing a replacement. I then came in the store to get the services that Michael recommended. The entire staff was friendly and the service was so quick! I am single mom and while waiting for the services I drove back home picked up my son and brought him to discount tire. I asked Michael to show him what he showed me and he did! This is the type of people I want to be in business with because you're not just after my money you are actually educating your community and as a bonus providing a. Service. Thank you. “I brought in a car I had recently purchased when the low tire warning light came on. John assisted me immediately upon my entrance. Even though I was a little early for my appointment, he took me in right away. He checked all the tires and found that two needed replacing because the tread was low and two more were close to the same fate.
I told John who I had purchased the car from a few days before. He found their contact information and got in touch with my sales person to report his findings. The dealer agreed to pay for the two tires in need of replacing, and I bought the other two.
I was so impressed with John’s knowledge and level of customer service. He worked to get me fairly taken care of with the dealership. I don’t know many people who would go out of their way to assist in that manner these days.
The rest of the staff were very efficient and communicative. When it was all said and done I had 4 new tires for the price of 2, and was in and out of there in under 35 minutes. I’ve always been a fan of Discount Tire, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you John!”

“The family I was born into goes to this place and they are awesome. My son was driven off the road by a idiot during a storm and hit a curb knocking the CV axel loose. I took the car to a dealership and the estimated charge was $5800 I brought it to these guys and the first charge to get it rolling again was $880 to start off with and extra as the repairs increase. If you want to save money but have your vehicle fixed professionally you should make a pit stop here ?”
“I was recommended this place by two people I trust to work on my 1978 Corvette. Cooper-Maik does work on all kinds of cars, but they also work on classic cars which is a really hard thing to find. They do great work, and their prices are fair. Additionally, I never feel like they'r tying to get me to upsell me or get me to do things that don't need to be done. It's a great place for auto repair, and every time you go you're sure to see some awesome classics.”

The place was clean, had nice seating, and had a clean bathroom. The workers have a great team dynamic. They’re fast and efficient. I can see that in the way multiple team members checked in with me to help with my concerns. The team was very efficient in communicating and presenting information. They were very helpful!

Pricing: As a car service chain, prices are standardized, so I would not take up that issue with the shop!

“Came in for a low air possibly a nail check. After waiting an hour on a quite busy day, I said to the counter service that I may not have time for another hour. The gentleman said I am next on line. Within 5 minutes they pulled my car in for service. Explained no nail found but cleaned lots dusts on around wall tire. Great customer service. They got my 5 star.”

have no idea what their day is like and what they have going on . people expect to be helped and fix their problems within an hour and that’s not how it goes in the auto world, I know because I’m in the diesel world . The shop is clean ! They are busy some days but that’s anywhere you go, and they do things the correct way! people just need to have more patience. “This place was not bad. I took my fiancé's vehicle to this place to get the front wheels realigned. The technician did a great job after the ride was smooth. I also asked him if he could have realigned my SUV, but he refused to serviced it because I think he either said he has so much vehicles to work on that he doesn't have time or he doesn't know how to service my SUV. I'm not sure, but I was very disappointed with that response. so I took it somewhere else. That's why I gave this business four stars.”
