I came looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and let me tell you……the professionalism of the staff is top tiered. The leasing agent Tay was very patient with me and my million questions about the property. She was even willing to tour me in the scorching heat. Definitely an inviting experience.

Things are improving every day. The new manager Victoria knows what she is doing. She is nice and working hard to clean it up. A lot of residents like her and the work she is doing.

Don’t let the beautiful exterior fool you. Don’t let the sweet and welcoming personalities fool you either when looking into becoming a future resident. Management has been made aware of several currently occupied units having mold in vents. These units are occupied by families, one single mother and an elderly couple. Management has refused to clean the vent of these homes. So while they’re willing to sell you rainbows and unicorns they’re not even willing to maintain and keep current units in living order. Please do not rent here! You too could be breathing in mold too.

Submitted my application 03/6/24 they had me come in multiple times to resubmit paper work that was “Missing” mind you they give you the application to fill out. SHAYLA is incompetent. GHETTO AND THE WORST PERSON TO EVER DEAL WITH, MASON IS ENTITLED SNOBBY AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS WORKERS NOR HOW THEY TREAT FUTURE RESIDENTS . Now here we are in May after getting things notarized and going into the office 4 different times to correct mistakes they are making (BTW 27 other applications were also coming back with mistakes because of SHAYLA,) they put her on 5 day termination. Now I’m being told I MAKE TOO MUCH???? I’m talking to corporate and I hope everyone in that office is fired due this high level of incompetence its unbelievable truly unbelievable how dumb they are.
Based on what Shayla told me they don’t fix things fast and they have roaches …should have turned away when their own office staff is throwing them under the bus and seen the backwoods phone case ?

They have too many roaches and there are too many mean people. Also the dumpsters stink and there are skunks and cats.

They don't want fix nothing an the manager man lazy an don't want fix on nothing an they hire people they don't want to work or doing they job an I every hear people got to pay the manager man to fix on stuff around the apartment an the new own they ain't doing nothing

It's a pretty place but maintenance tends to fall short. Gate. Park repairs. Mini blinds throughout. Seems nicer than most. Upper floors are difficult walks for relatives with handicaps or mobility issues.
