Pretty bad. Pools rarely ever open , they recently opened for the first time in almost 5 years and it was only open for a month, vending machine is broken and hasn’t been fixed in I believe 5 years. Community bathrooms are locked most of the time and the community water fountains don’t work.

I've lived here for years. The current management is doing a fantastic job. It's much cleaner than before. They keep the gates working. My only complaint is in the summer, the pool is never opened. ?

The apartment is fantastic but the corporation that runs this place is terrible. They never get anything fixed like the lower car gate which decreases our security. My rent amount was incorrect for 3 months and wouldn’t give me updates on how it would be fixed.
