“The parking for all of the businesses have one non wheelchair accessible handicap spot. I spoke with management about it because while I was there, in a span of 10 minutes, I saw two other people in top of my mother in wheelchairs. She says it's because they try to have handicap parking spots but the signs keep getting pulled down. If you are a handicap person, it would help them out if you contact the city over this and demand they do something about it. They apparently know who is doing it.”
“When I tell you!!!! Mr Jim took his time with me. Walked me to the right direction and even pointed out all the parts I needed for my shower handle that abruptly broke off ?? I couldn't thank him enough! A plumber was trying to charge me 700 bucks and I didn't it myself for 30 bucks. So if you're ever in the area ask for Mr. Jim he has 17 years with Home Depot. Great Man with Superior quality Service!!”
“The store was clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I returned a couple of items that I made the mistake of purchasing and they made it so easy to return them. You can ask everyone for help and they will help you no matter what department it is in. I highly recommend it.”

“Bought a small Traeger grill for my adult son's birthday and dealt with Rachel customer service she was the best customer service experience we've had in a good 5 years. We actually left the store happy because of her and by happy I mean in a great mood all together. So glad there are still good people in the world. Home Depot is blessed to have her. As far as the grill goes they assembled it and delivered the very next day to my son's at no cost because our was over 350.00... all around we had an excellent experience with Home Depot and their employees made it even better!!”
“Was looking for one of those electric fly killers that look like a tennis racquet. Lady at customer service pointed me to a far wall, and as I was looking for the item, in vain, a second employee came up asking if I was the one looking for the fly killer. She showed me exactly where they were. Well impressed. Second employee was quite pretty, as a bonus.”
“Thank you for the employee that dropped doing work to help me get my mulch and potting soil loaded onto my cart and into my car. I just had surgery a week ago and unable to lift. Employee was not judgmental because I came to get heavy items just pitched into help. Thank you for going over and beyond.”

“I ordered a Jackery Explorer 3000 with 2 solar panels and transfer switch. I got a notification that my order had delivered at the store and went to pick it up. When I got there, only the transfer switch was there, and they couldn't tell me where the rest of the order was. However, my order is marked as delivered. So, where is the rest of my order? I'm being charged for something I don't have!
EDIT: I received the remainder of my order today. I want to thank everyone at the Eastchase store's customer service department for answering my questions and keeping me informed on what was happening with my order. Starred review updated.”
“The parking lot is easily accessible for Handicap parking, the staff are friendly and willing to stop what they're doing to help a customer who needs help. The bathroom was clean except some toilet paper on the floor. Overall very positive experience with Home Depot”

“This was one heck of a place. They are on the 4 corners of an old neighborhood intersection. Each place holds vintage & Antique hardware for doors, faucets, windows, light fixtures, including a ton of doors of every size & style ever made (my opinion). It's a really cool place to see. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
