“I like this store, mostly because it is conveniently located to us. However, it is a smaller home Depot than others, so it doesn't have the same wide selection. Most of the employees are very nice here, especially the cashiers. There is one large guy that goes around obnoxiously asking people if they need help and then not offering anything useful. Other than that guy, I enjoy shopping here and find the rest of the staff to be friendly and helpful.”

“I like this Lowe's. Now, I have very small home improvement needs, I am a renter and I don't build things. I mostly come for plant and garden whatnots and random things. But here is where I think Lowe's really shines, the random things. Whether it be heavy duty command strips, an organizer for my pantry, or even a broom, I can find it very easily at Lowe's. It is a big place, but I can pull these things up on their website and it tells me exactly where it is! I walk right in and go to row 19, bay 12, and voila! Never have I been in there without at least one person asking me if they can help me find something. I needed a sink plunger at 9:30pm on a Thursday and I was able to run in and out in 4 minutes. That is handy and efficient.”

“Stopped for a propane refill. Quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went inside to tell them I needed propane, and before I could even walk back to my car and get the tank out, he was opening the gate ready to fill my tank up. I don't see how they could do any better.”

From genuine kindness, expertise, and passion Kevin provided me with a level 10/10 service. He guided me through the process of painting, materials needed, showed me a video tutorial , and also gave tips and tricks. I was not at all expecting to get this type of service and was blown away. “I do NOT get all the hate for this location. The only thing I find unsatisfactory is the parking lot, but that is just that it is in a busy shopping area and that is how it is. I mostly come for garden whatnots. And frankly, this Lowes has the best garden whatnots of any of the other stores in the area. Better than Southlake, South Arlington, Hurst, all of ya! I have bought plants, seeds, pots, and said whatnots. It is always well organized, stocked, and also their plants have been taken care of. I said mostly garden whatnots but I also come in occasionally for command hooks, a broom, a power drill and a sink plunger. I love that I can look things up on their website and it will tell me exactly what row and bay where it is located. I walk in there knowing where I am going and exactly what I am looking for. This is a big place and knowing exactly where I am going is super useful. My only complaint is that they seem to have gone fully self checkout inside. You can still get someone to ring you up in the garden center, but you are out of luck in the AC.”

“This is my favorite location but man their customer service / curbside pick up is off. You're supposed to say you're on your way and then check in when you're there. Every time I've done on my way they call before I get there asking if I'm coming or they mark it as picked up when I'm not even there. This week I was on my way and got the thank you for picking up your order confirmation, which means I can't check in when I arrive. Then I called and was in an automated message purgatory for 7 minutes, then finally got someone who answered, said oh okay and then hung up on me. I called again and finally got customer service and said I'm outside waiting. They said oh the app had checked you in so we marked it as completed when you didn't show up. This has happened multiple times but if I didn't pick it up then why are you marking completed? I do pick up so I don't have to lug my toddler in and out of the car seat and carry boxes of plants or whatnot, but waiting over 15 to get through and get help when the app auto checks you in even though you don't click 'im here' is beyond frustrating.”
