Half Price Books is a store with a large selection of gently used books, music CDs, DVDs, and video games at really good prices. Softcover books are at least half of list price. Customers can also sell books there. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they provide a good vibe. They can check if another store has a specific book, CD, or DVD and have it sent to the local store. Always check the clearance section. Currently, they are buying from the public with limited hours and quantity restrictions. A noted issue is that price tags can be hard to remove without damaging dust jackets.
Always find some cool books for a reasonable price. Softcover books are at least half of list price. My Middle Schooler likes to get adventure or westerns. I like to find history books.
