The ABSOLUTE BEST SHOPPING AND RETURN EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! the staff was SO HELPFUL and even searched for my lost receipt in the system and reprinted it for me. And then we couldn't find my son's size and she ordered it for me to be shipped to my home! Love then and will be returning!

Not a bad place to purchase shoes. The staff is normally well trained and extremely helpful. Are the shoes expensive? Yes, but when you catch the sales, shop the clearance aisles and use your reward/birthday points, you can get a really good deal.
