“We came in from out of town to be fitted for ski boots. We were immediately helped by a kind salesperson, until the boots person, Carlos, was available to help us. I am not easy to fit and had a lot of apprehension about how successful we would be getting boots. Carlos was knowledgeable about his products, patient through the process, made many adjustments, and kept this process relaxed. I am very pleased to say, we purchased boots that day, and can hardly wait to give them a try. My husband and I both were very pleased we shopped here and plan to visit again.”

Johnny told me they had them in the Dallas store and he could pick them up and bring them the next day. He made it happen and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! “I had caught wind they carry large hard to fit sizes. So I made the trek from McKinney to Fort Worth. On arrival I was greeted by Jeff and another gentleman. Within 5 minutes Jeff had me in 4 different pairs of boots that properly fit. At almost 50 years old I have never been able to properly fit in a boot due to my funky feet. I spent the next 45 minutes walking around trying to make a hard decision on which ones to take home. The decision was made on getting the black caiman alligator in the size of 15 1/2 B ! I highly recommend this store for the service, quality, and the unique offerings they have on the shelf.”

My job is tough on shoes and my first pair of red wings got somewhere between 3000-5000 miles with little to no issue, and supreme comfort even though I’m a little overweight. This compared to other brands, I had to buy a new pair every year — Red Wing shoes last me three times that.If you go to this location, let Karen Helvig help you out. She really knows her stuff, isn’t pushy, and is a great listener who really wants to find your best shoe and knows how to help you get it.”

“I love online ordering for pickup! They do have curbside available, but I really don't mind the extra steps of walking inside and waiting at the counter for my order. My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.”

I had asked for a few different selections and unfortunately none were available in my size. However, he did bring me some that were very close to what I was interested in and made sure the fit was good.
