Dropped in for Open Gym during the CF Games. The gym was clean and air-conditioned and the equipment was well-maintained. Showers are available.

Challenging workout in a very clean and friendly environment....weird to describe crossfit ppl as laid back but this group is as well as open and friendly. Trainers are great as well.
