“I could not of been more impressed with this business. The owner hand delivered the McLaren I ordered and went over the car in detail with me. Then we had a fun weekend in Dallas for the game. Then the owner came and got the car. It was a flawless transaction and they were very responsive and caring at every turn. Their pricing was right in line as well. I would say if you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place to go. What a great experience. Way better than any company I ever dealt with in Vegas to rent exotic cars.”

“I picked up our rental at the Hulen location. They did not have the model we reserved. The reservation center recommended I come to the Bryant Irvine location. They were very accommodating on Spring break weekend. They were able to exchange the vehicle to what we reserved without any problem.”

“Renting a car is about as exciting as buying a new microwave. But I had an excellent experience with Enterprise during a Texas road trip. Price beat competitors, for starters. But the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the wonderful employee at the El Paso airport who I met at 6:30 am and greeted me like I was royalty. He was so friendly and helpful, and also gave me some terrific insights into his city. He's just what customer service is all about. So shout out to the nice man whose name I don't know!”

“I really like this place. My mom was in an accident and her insurance would only cover $30 for a rental. When I've had rentals while my car was being worked on the Enterprise upgraded a vehicle at no extra charge. Well the Enterprise location at 300 West Loop 820 had no cars available for the $30 and the guy said he would not upgrade her rental to be covered by her insurance. What a really non customer service person he is. Wouldn't want him to help a senior citizen would we. But the gentleman and the Meacham location is helping my mom out. I hope good things come his way.”

“After some shenanigans with a competitor rental company who didn’t know what an Apple Card was, I was able to get a very last minute rental car from the Bryant Irving location. I went in expecting a Toyota Corolla and instead got a dodge challenger R/T. Asia(hope I spelled her name correctly) walked us through the process step by step explaining everything and answering any questions we had. She advised us to get in the rental car due rain and continued to provide A++ service. The car was fun to drive for the weekend and when we returned it the staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t see myself renting from another company or a different location. Thank you.”

“This little Budget rental store just inside the Walmart Supercenter was able to get us a cargo van for our out-of-state move when no one else in Texas could. The employees were helpful and kind, even in 95 degree weather. Would happily visit here again.”

“I was in a bad spot stuck in texas trying to pick up my daughter and get her back to Florida with some of her belongings. Jordan helped me out tremendously, got me a great price on a big enough vehicle for what I needed to do with all the extras I needed and he let me hang out while I figured everything out with all the parties involved in the situation THANK YOU AGAIN JORDAN! I dropped of the durango at the local store and they where confused and asked me where it came from when I said TEXAS his eyes got big!”

“What a difference a few years make! The entire branch is remodeled & connected to ERAC car sales. My prior experience with this branch office was when it was inside of the car dealership next door. Fast & prompt service at this location. Innovative with the use of technology and with a professional staff that is incredibly friendly & genuinely care about the customer, I can't say enough good things other than why all Enterprise branches aren't like this one. Move over, Keller branch- you've got company when it comes to exceptional customer service from the staff (thank you, Jade) and a good selection of cars. “Competitive prices. Easy to find coupons online. Online booking made it easy to choose a location and truck size. Pricing was transparent. At pick up I was given great customer service. The process was quick. I've used them many times and prefer them over uhaul mainly because of the budget pricing. Never had an issue, just make sure the truck is clean and gassed up when you return it. I feel people usually only have something to say when they have bad experiences so hopefully this review will improve the ratio.”

“Ethan and Priyush are pleasant. 2nd time using them. I moved to S. Fort Worth/Crowley area and went to the Hulen location which was a mistake. You can find my review there. This location answered the phone through the day and Ethan kept me updated with ETAs on a potential vehicle. At 2 pm he said he had a car available and whole process took maybe 30 minutes. I'll just drive here moving forward if needed. Knock on wood, hopefully my last accident this year.”
