“What a difference a few years make! The entire branch is remodeled & connected to ERAC car sales. My prior experience with this branch office was when it was inside of the car dealership next door. Fast & prompt service at this location. Innovative with the use of technology and with a professional staff that is incredibly friendly & genuinely care about the customer, I can't say enough good things other than why all Enterprise branches aren't like this one. Move over, Keller branch- you've got company when it comes to exceptional customer service from the staff (thank you, Jade) and a good selection of cars. “We got stranded in Dallas over this awful winter storm Elliot, Southwest and every transportation company at the airport truly left us and thousands of people with no options to get home. A girl at another Avis location in Grand Prairie told us our Avis reservation somehow wasn’t available and basically told us to leave and figure it out somewhere else. She rudely sent us here to this location off 360 and the incredible man (who has worked for Avis for 38 years!) was our absolute hero and got us a car. We didn’t get his name but he was a wonderful gentleman who saw we were about to end up lost here over Christmas and helped us out. Thank you thank you thank you to the only kind and helpful person in all of Dallas today. ❤️”

“Ethan and Priyush are pleasant. 2nd time using them. I moved to S. Fort Worth/Crowley area and went to the Hulen location which was a mistake. You can find my review there. This location answered the phone through the day and Ethan kept me updated with ETAs on a potential vehicle. At 2 pm he said he had a car available and whole process took maybe 30 minutes. I'll just drive here moving forward if needed. Knock on wood, hopefully my last accident this year.”

“This location didn't have the actual truck size we reserved a few days prior. While that was disappointing, Megan did fix the problem by letting us rent a larger truck for the same price. As they say bigger isn't always better and it surely applies in this scenario. We reserved a smaller truck because we didn't need the space but more importantly because we were working out of an apartment complex and the larger trucks can't back into a space without blocking the traffic through the lot. So we had to park perpendicular to parked cars and had to move often to let them out. While the liftgate was a huge plus on the larger truck, it didn't save time due to all the moving to unblock cars. While the overall experience with Budget this time around was more in the middle of the road, Megan's willingness and effort to make things right was really impressive so we're bumping it up a bit. Thank You, Megan!”

“I purchased my A5 and Q7 from Audi Grapevine when I lived in Southlake. I've since moved outside of Austin and tried to purchase a Q8 from Audi North Austin. I inquired about their advertising internet pricing and was sent a quote that was almost double. I had an email from Riley Cooper at Audi Grapevine offering some incentives if I wanted to trade my Q7 in. I love 184 miles away but I thought I would see what they would offer. Riley worked with me on the web special and used various means to get to a very attractive price on the car I wanted. We did most of the paperwork over the phone and email. The following morning I drove up, did the final signatures, and was out of there in less than an hour with a great car at a very fair price. It was worth the 6-hour round trip drive for the car, price, and service I received. Audi North Austin could have put minimal effort in and made a sale (I get a new Audi every 2-3 years). I will continue to deal with Audi Grapevine, mostly due to the effort Riley and Dax put in to make me feel like a highly valued repeat customer.”
