“I recently had repairs done to my vehicle where I had to use a rental for a little over a week. Joseph Simpson was my initial point of contact when I arrived, and he was so helpful. This was my first car rental, and he was so kind to answer the many questions I had. I was able to rent a black Hyundai Sonata. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive with no issues. When I arrived to return the rental, Joseph remembered my face and immediately helped me through the return process. I will definitely rent from this enterprise in the future, if necessary.”
“I picked up our rental at the Hulen location. They did not have the model we reserved. The reservation center recommended I come to the Bryant Irvine location. They were very accommodating on Spring break weekend. They were able to exchange the vehicle to what we reserved without any problem.”

“Recently, I cared for business near the Hertz office at 917 Taylor Street in downtown Fort Worth. Though I was not a customer, first Denisha, then Sydney cared for me as a traveler in need of kind assistance. I was so hot and began to wobble in 108° temperatures. I stumbled through the door and was immediately welcomed to a seat in the cool of your office, given cold water and the above and beyond assistance I needed with metered parking that was hassling me so much! Thank you for empowering your staffers to be caring! Because of this fine experience, when I need my rental, I will look to Hertz. You earned it. I so appreciate you, Hertz girls!”
