“I had good rental experience with this location. However, I am leaving a review, mainly because of one employee, Isaiah. He had the duty of driving me home after I returned their vehicle and he was very courteous and professional. I hope they keep and promote him for his hard work. Thank you again, Isaiah!”
“Rented a vehicle last minute to go out of town. When I got to the branch, they only had trucks and large SUV’s which is not what I wanted. However, the rep who helped me was kind enough to let me go with him to look at all they had available and I was able to find a mid-size SUV that was not ready yet but he got it ready for me. I greatly appreciate that!”
“I picked up our rental at the Hulen location. They did not have the model we reserved. The reservation center recommended I come to the Bryant Irvine location. They were very accommodating on Spring break weekend. They were able to exchange the vehicle to what we reserved without any problem.”
“I have dealt with many Enterprise locations with the many rentals I so for work travel. This location is now my number one go to. Yes they are smaller and the hours are limited. And yes they might not answer your call, but customer service is above and beyond. Once I had an issue with the car. I noticed the horn was not working. I brought this to the attention to the customer service agent. He immediately took the car back and brought me another. Three day later when I returned the car he remembered this issue with the horn and refunded on day. I told him this was not necessary and he insisted. Another time I was late returning on a Friday. I was running about an hour late due to traffic. The agent waited for me and did not charge me a late fee or after hours fee as I have been charged in the past at other Enterprise locations. Cars are clean, fueled and do not smell :-). Thanks Meachum Location for the great customer service!!! I highly recommend this location.”
“I am always pleased with the service at this location. I do not like the $300 deposit which I feel is excessive, but they always have the vehicle I reserved and they do their best to make sure things go smoothly.”

Ethan, who served me when I picked up and returned the rental was clearly knowledgeable and focused (I overheard him arranging a car for someone who'd had trouble with a competitor's rental and he was calm, efficient, and helpful). He switched from that serious focus to cheerful good humor with me. I felt that he was paying attention to me as well as the task at hand. And the car was great.”
“Recently, I cared for business near the Hertz office at 917 Taylor Street in downtown Fort Worth. Though I was not a customer, first Denisha, then Sydney cared for me as a traveler in need of kind assistance. I was so hot and began to wobble in 108° temperatures. I stumbled through the door and was immediately welcomed to a seat in the cool of your office, given cold water and the above and beyond assistance I needed with metered parking that was hassling me so much! Thank you for empowering your staffers to be caring! Because of this fine experience, when I need my rental, I will look to Hertz. You earned it. I so appreciate you, Hertz girls!”
