    I came to the bank and there was only one authorized teller and 20 people in line. I had to wait 30 minutes standing to be served. The teller is very friendly but definitely a very bad bank, having 5 tills, they only have enough to pay 1 teller.

    Bank claims no responsibility for their broken ATMs
    I spent 2+ hours at the bank filing a dispute and trying to make a withdrawal.
    Will be closing all accounts with BOA

    They stole my money then tried to bully me like I'm supposed to be calm about my money. I never received a physical ATM card. Very bad business done here. Manager kicked me out after failing to resolve stealing my money so I'm filing a complaint on that manager and location
