Aubrey determined that I also needed to have the ReStore process done on my hood, roof and trunk lid due to some oxidation and other blemishes…very happy I added that service. Everything was done with so much care for a reasonable price. You can really tell that Aubrey takes pride in the quality of his work. “My go to for a car wash. I even have the monthly pass. PSA: Last time I went my tire valve stem caught on something as I was inside the tunnel. I heard the pop but didn't think much if it. I went and vacuumed my car after, which didn't take me long, and by time I was done my tire was COMPLETELY flat, like sitting on the rim flat. Not sure how it could have been avoided in the first place or even what it caught on but it almost ripped it completely off. Thankfully it didn't cost too much to have it fixed as i know they are not liable for anything happening to your car but just wanted others to be aware that it could happen. Other then that never had any issues, like i said its my go to. For reference I drive a 2002 Lexus IS300 w/ 17in wheels.”

“I had my car fully detailed with their detailed complete service. They offered me a free Uber ride back home or anywhere I wanted in 10 miles, but I did not use it. It is nice of them to offer it, though. They have a nice and clean waiting room with a television and they also have clean bathrooms. Also there is free coffee and water for you there. The service took me about 2 hours, but they estimated 3 hours, so it is nice of them to work quickly. I received 2 air fresheners for free and I choose lovable. It is so refreshing. My car was so parsley and shiny afterward, and the inside was spotless. They did not mess with my personal belongings, which was very nice, and if there was something they thought I might have wanted to keep, they came in and asked me if it was trash. So they do not just throw your stuff away. They only take cash tips, so be prepared to bring cash. They do not offer cash back. There is a 7/11 next door that has an ATM, which is where I went. I will be coming back again, and I recommend others to go as well!”
“I have been here numerous times as it’s just a few blocks from me. Never had any issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed.
I will note I went in 2/27 and it was packed. We prob were in line 15/20 mins for a wash. No biggie, it was a nice day. I don’t know how on a busy day, how accurate your wash is. I paid $15 for the premium wash that comes with a wheel blast and shine. At other locations as well as previous washes at B&K, I know a tire shine looks like. After this wash, I do not see this as a tire shine and I’ve had better washes here previously as well as other car washes. The entire back of the car didn’t get the foamy pre wash brush (by the employee) so it’s still dirty, ugh.
Not sure I’ll be back with inconsistent service. Side note - they do have free vacuums.”
