“I went to this body shop to get a second estimate because I believed the first one I got was unfair. I explained that I had run over a curb, ripping off the running board on my passenger side. This in turn, was keeping my passenger door from opening. The damage was invisible, but I couldn’t open the door. I didn’t want to turn into my insurance because I have $1000 deductible. This very nice gentleman looked at it and offered to pull the front passenger wheel panel out with crowbar, but it may scratch the paint. I didn’t care, I just wanted my door open. Then he decided a better thing might be to remove some screws and push the panel forward thus opening the door. In less than 5 minutes I was on the road and he fixed it for free. It’s so nice to know that there are still very kind people in this world. I am a senior on Social Security and this was most meaningful to me. I also noticed there were several Garland police cars in the parking lot waiting to be repaired there. That’s a very good sign. I highly recommend this body shop, and if I ever need serious body work, this is where I will go. Thank you!Sandy Anderson”

“Dodge Viper owners all over the US ship their cars to Best In Show. In every Viper forum, when someone asks where they should get body/paint work done, it is a flood of owners saying to ship the car here. I needed the front bumper repainted on my 96 GTS due to rock chips and scraped air dam. My hood paint was badly etched from crape myrtle leaves. I asked Mike to repaint the hood, but after I got the car to him he was able to fix the issue by wet sanding. He could have just done as I asked and he would have made a lot more money by doing the repaint. Instead, he was honest and the hood looks PERFECT for a lot less money. That is the other shocking thing.....You get ultra high end work, but their prices were lower than any other place I would consider taking my cars. Mike was honest, great communication, OUTSTANDING quality of work, shockingly good value. IMO, you are nuts if you take your car anywhere else. I am going to take my wife's MINI to them so they can work their magic on it. Mike....thank you.”

“Absolutely the most amazing experience ever! If we didn’t have to move, I would never go to another shop. When my husband was out of town, our diesel truck broke down. We were able to get it towed to them, and had it back within a few days. The amount of issues our truck had was crazy, not only did they identify the problem and fix all the parts. But they genuinely cared about finding the root of the issues. Our AC basically blew up and broke a bunch of parts, they took their time and care into making sure there was no chunks of the broken parts anywhere, and fixed all broke parts. Then they checked EVERYTHING, and after hours of searching they found what was causing the issue and took them time to identify why it wasn’t working properly. Super honest and kind people, thank you so much. We honestly didn’t expect the truck to be done so quick, knowing how much work it needed, and we were planning to move a few days after it went in the shop. They were quick, efficient and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for making us feel safe, especially because we tow our RV across the country multiple times a year , it’s hard to find a shop we can trust to genuinely care about timeline, quality and safety. If we’re ever in the area, we will not go anywhere else with any of our vehicles!!! Also amazing prices for amazing quality of work and care !!!!!”
