“The room itself was honestly underwhelming. Basic, dated, and lacking any real comfort. The furniture looked like it had been there since the ‘90s, the walls were thin enough to hear everything in the hallway, and the overall vibe was more “cheap barracks” than actual hotel. It technically served its purpose, but that’s about the best thing I can say.

The location, though, was even worse. This place is literally on a military base. Getting in and out felt like a chore, with checkpoints and detours making the simplest trip frustrating. And once you’re finally off base, there’s nothing close by no restaurants, no shops, no attractions. Unless you enjoy staring at fences and barbed wire, there’s nothing here worth the stay.

What really saved the experience was the service. Sage went above and beyond. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She even brought me a fan when my rooms AC went out and an extra pillow without me having to ask twice, which made a huge difference. Every interaction with her made things smoother and more enjoyable, and that kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Sage is cool.”

“My experience with the IHG has been interesting. The room following a storm had leaks and some pests. I called the front desk and Christopher McClinton helped me out. He ensured that he got me a new room and ensured me that I was going to get taken care of. He demonstrated excellent customer service and compassion. Thanks to Mr. McClintons quick response, I was able to move to another room with no issues. More employees should emulate the traits of Mr. McClinton and management should take note of excellent service. Thank you Chris! I really appreciate you!”

“I stayed at this hotel around August 2023, and I had an enjoyable experience.

The building is safe, the rooms had clean bed sheets and clean towels, and the A/C worked great. The sink was perfect for getting ready in the morning, and I used the kitchenette for my groceries during my weeks-long stay. The front-desk staff were very kind and the coffee served in the morning is convenient and not too bad. The washers and dryers came in handy during my stay, too.

Overall, a very safe, convenient, decent-quality good hotel.”
