“The experience started off rough, I was told they didn't have time to take my phone the day of my appointment, but I'd have a screen "reserved" under my name (even confirmed a few times as I wouldn't be able to make it back for a few days). Only to be called two days later and told they were out of screens and no reservation was under my name. Some digging was done and another screen was found, however during the repair that screen was defective! So I had to leave my phone at the shop another 2 days! I will say i feel the team went above and beyond to make the situation right, which is why I gave 5 stars and will be back if I ever need any other repairs.”

She was very patient with me and managed to sort me out. She was also able to give me extra information and options of available services from ATT. “this was the BEST customer service I ever had in my life so far!! they worked the million extra miles to help me solve my problem with unlocking my phone. Anthony helped me for over two hours with my Google account as well. The manager Anita was there and supported me and Anthony throughout the process with customer service. If I can give advice to Cricket keep them at this location and improve the unlocking device process. I love my Cricket service, but I'm leaving Cricket to combine a bill. Loved the friendly environment & how I was treated in this location. As a home health nurse, I’m on the road a lot so being able to have my needs met while on the road is super important to help meet the care of my patients. Great job!”
