“Lots better than the Forney TX store that we live less than 5 minutes from. Who are rude and very unprofessional. We had a family member removed from life support and the Forney store refused to help return her phone WE just bought a week prior because we didn’t know the phone password on her phone we were returning (she was on our account). We just removed her off life support that morning and employee told us to go ask her password. We told him if he wanted to go to hospital & try to ask her for password to please do. We’d LOVE for her to wake up from the severe stroke she had & Drs just told us she would not live.Terrell Verizon were friendly and knowledgeable in what we wanted. We will drive the 20 minutes to the Terrell store for now on.”

She got to me as soon as she was able and then was very attentive and answered all questions I had about upgrading my phone. I had removed my screen protector before coming to the store.
