“We came in from out of town to be fitted for ski boots. We were immediately helped by a kind salesperson, until the boots person, Carlos, was available to help us. I am not easy to fit and had a lot of apprehension about how successful we would be getting boots. Carlos was knowledgeable about his products, patient through the process, made many adjustments, and kept this process relaxed. I am very pleased to say, we purchased boots that day, and can hardly wait to give them a try. My husband and I both were very pleased we shopped here and plan to visit again.”
“Came in to buy my first pair of Tecovas tonight. Already had my sights set on a specific boot and the woman that helped let me try on several different sizes to narrow down which works best for me. They ended up not having the size/color combo I wanted, but I was able to very easily place an order in store and have them delivered to my doorstep for free. The employees are great.”

“My husband wanted some Lebrons, so we went to check out the store. I found some shoes I really liked but they didn’t have my size in the forth worth store. Johnny told me they had them in the Dallas store and he could pick them up and bring them the next day. He made it happen and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! “I had caught wind they carry large hard to fit sizes. So I made the trek from McKinney to Fort Worth. On arrival I was greeted by Jeff and another gentleman. Within 5 minutes Jeff had me in 4 different pairs of boots that properly fit. At almost 50 years old I have never been able to properly fit in a boot due to my funky feet. I spent the next 45 minutes walking around trying to make a hard decision on which ones to take home. The decision was made on getting the black caiman alligator in the size of 15 1/2 B ! I highly recommend this store for the service, quality, and the unique offerings they have on the shelf.”

“Looking for yet another Rare/hard to find shoe store in the DFW area and this one popped up near me! We've driven all through Dallas and even all the way to San Antonio to find the rare sneakers and this amazing store was within 5 miles of my home! A definite hidden gem. A good amount of "Rare" to choose from... from kids to adult. They also have regular getting around town shoes and clothing galore! Very impressed and plan to go back soon to check on more options when they drop! Employees are SUPER NICE and welcoming! Family atmosphere. Thanks guys!”
“They have a lot of cute stuff but there clothes run small in my experience with my nieces and nephews and now with my son. I only go when there is a sale but some of their stuff is overly priced. Overall it's a good store especially for baby clothing.”

I had asked for a few different selections and unfortunately none were available in my size. However, he did bring me some that were very close to what I was interested in and made sure the fit was good.
