I highly recommend her boutique as I will definitely be returning on my next visit!”

“Nice staffs. I always shop instore, First time I ordered for a pick up then there was a missing item in the bag, online don’t help for missing items for order pick up ( I always check the bag pick up orders which I should have checked here as well before leaving store), but had to call in store & staff told me to come back, lady staff was nice listened to me and said it never happened like this before, yet she agreed for me to take what I want. Lesson learned better to check before leaving the store to avoid double trips to the store.”

They didn’t have a pair of shoes in stock and Sara went into her computer and hunted down a pair in NJ. She was going to ship them to my house and take care of all the shipping costs. I did try one more pair on before she shipped them and found a pair in the store that I liked. Anyway, Sara made my day! Thanks Sara!!”
“This is for Aiesha and the Sephora, a Department. She was so sweet and helpful, completely changed my idea of coming back. Last time I came to this location. I asked the lady where a product was, ciccapair, and she said y’all don’t carry it and I turned around and saw it right behind me. I decided to let her know that yall do you have it in case somebody else asked for it, and she said yeah you called it by a different name. She said it’s Dr. Jhart, duh I did but it’s the same thing and she should have known that. She was actually rude about it. Only reason I came back is because I needed something and other saphoras were closed. Aiesha was very helpful and accommodating even though once again, y’all are out of some thing I was looking for. She was very sweet and helpful .”

“This is the nicest JC Penney I’ve ever been in!! It’s huge inside and they have so many options, I can’t imagine anyone going inside and not finding at least one interesting item! It was super clean and organized and the layout was very easy to navigate despite the size of the store! I highly recommend you check it out.”
“Brittany was super helpful and patient with me, and when the register was having issues with the google pay working for online orders they (Brittany) pulled up each item i wanted to order and write down the skus for me to look them up online later even tho i am sure they dont make commission off of those. am very happy with my experience here and will be coming back and sending family here”
“The associates were all very friendly and helpful. Zhinos is the associate who checked me out - she provided exceptional customer service. The store was busy - she was very efficient and had 3 others in line after me. Unfortunately the Flower Mound store had only 2 associates available and no one at customer service for returns, etc. but Zhinos reassured the customers that she would available ithin a few minutes to assist them. She had an excellent attitude !! I hope she will be recognized by the store.”

He was delighted by the fact that inventory is constantly changing, which makes the search both challenging and interesting. It seems to make his life more interesting to be asked for advice. I meet the nicest people at Home Goods and TJ Maxx!”
