“I went in with no receipt and no tags on an item I purchased for my father- in - law and came out with the correct sized jacket. The two woman working this am immediately helped me out, finding the jacket in the store that I needed and finished by bagging the new one for me. I was very happy from start to finish. No hounding me for not having a receipt or tags. They were very kind and professional, exactly how you should be in customer service. Will go back again!”
“Nice staffs. I always shop instore, First time I ordered for a pick up then there was a missing item in the bag, online don’t help for missing items for order pick up ( I always check the bag pick up orders which I should have checked here as well before leaving store), but had to call in store & staff told me to come back, lady staff was nice listened to me and said it never happened like this before, yet she agreed for me to take what I want. Lesson learned better to check before leaving the store to avoid double trips to the store.”
