“2/2026 Wheel repair 100% fixed my problem. I was at a tire shop getting my tires replaced and during balance, I was told the wheels were bent. Even after balance, vibration could still be felt—that’s why I had some vibration while driving. Now for this shop—Came here in the morning, waited around about an hour to 2 to get the car fixed. Saw part of the process where they heat up the wheels, and ultimately did see the wheel go from bent to excellent. Was about $125 for each wheel repair and $25 on top for same day service. Great job.”

“Prompt and expert quality service! Highly recommended for tires and brake repair. Got my truck in and out within 15 mins flat and under $15 for tire patch. Not even the Walmart wannabe’s could beat that! Walmart installed truck tires last month, caught a couple nails nowhere near the sidewall, but the “tech” said Walmart policy prevented them from repairing because of a rusted wheel stud, even though we had warranty on the tires. ??♂️ Don’t waste your time, get it done fast and right the first go-round with Baker’s! ? ⭐️”
“My Bentley Continental GT has 22’s had some “curb rash” on a rear left wheel thanks to a careless valet and a minor bend and some gouges and nicks in a front wheel resulting from not seeing a pot hole in time to avoid it.
The wheels have a machine face with a silver sparkle powder coat spoke. Phil and his TEAM restored them to original condition in one day. FLAWLESS finish. My Porsche Panama will be going there next to have its wheels restored to “NEW” condition.
You can drop your wheels off and when they are ready (usually 1 day) they will reach out to you letting you know they are done. With an appointment you can drop off your car and they will remove your tire & wheel (small service charge for this ) and will remove the tire from the wheel. After repairing the wheel they remount the tire and speed balance it and test drive the car to insure the tire sensors are working.”

The price was reasonable and the work was complete a day ahead of plan. Overall, it was an excellent experience!”

Originally I thought I only needed one new rim, but Rey brought the other tire in to show me the other rim that needed replacement. Service was super fast and professional. I got new tires 6 months ago at a different discount so my warranty covered the tires.”

“My tire had been losing air for quite some time, and being a female. I admit I didn’t really know where to get it fixed since it has to have something other than actual air. I stopped at discount tires in Louisville and asked them to look at it. Giorgio and the team there despite being incredibly busy, said no problem they would be happy to look at it. They had to take the tire off and imagine my surprise when 30 minutes after their closing time they came out with a smile and told me my car was ready. They had repaired it as I had a screw in it. They did not even charge me and yet had never seen me before in my life. They were so professional and friendly and fast. When I do need new tires, I know where I’m going, I’m going back to Louisville from downtown Dallas and to the same discount tires.”

It turned out to be an awesome choice - They found the leak and did the repair for a fair price, with courteous service. And they kindly filed the necessary paperwork with my maintenance plan. We need to remember and support our small businesses that are so well run and avoid the big guys that seem to have a lock on the market and make us do business on their terms.”

“Discount Tires did a good job on: getting new tires on my Xterra, getting the TPMS issues addressed, and get the alignments done right.
I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using?
I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.”
