“Fantastic bead store, worth using my lunch hours to visit as they are only open until 4 most days, and not open on Sundays. Their selection is out of this world: not only do they have a large variety of precious, semi-precious, non-precious stones and non-stone beads, they have findings, wire, & chain as well. They offer classes, discounts on sign-up, and rotating specials monthly. I appreciate their selection of bead sizes & shapes that are hard to find elsewhere. I will definitely be back! They’ve already helped me complete some projects I had pending.”

“This shop! You walk in and it is as if Mother Earth gives you an enormous hug. Tori the owner is centered, detailed, knowledgeable, and her soul is calm. When talking to her I felt like I could take a deep breath. The store itself is beautiful. The aromas are intoxicating. There are candles that Tori makes herself that smell wonderful Native offers multiple workshops and classes you can take. The whole back area of her shop is for the classes, and her therapy. The stones and gems inside are beautiful. The whole shop was very very clean too. My favorite item in her shop are the handmade purses from Mexico! Oh my goodness! Each of them are a stunning creation, and one of a kind. There is also a rack of clothing that is a vendor she partners with. The clothing is second hand and restored. Absolutely will be coming back for a few classes and shopping.”

“Grace was so helpful and great to work with. Thought I had to get my new engagement ring sized down and after she inspected the ring, instead of trying to sell me on purchasing the resize, she gave me professional advice to not resize. This was due to the fluctuation of body water retention in the summer vs the winter. She added on a bracket to make the ring fit perfectly for cheaper than I was expecting. Salt of the earth type of service. She will be my jeweler as long as we are in the area. She even cleaned my other ring as a courtsey.”
“If you’re worried that this may be too good to be true STOP RIGHT NOW! Christine is the sweetest, most patient and honest individual I have had the honor of meeting while on my journey to find the perfect engagement ring! Not to mention, her prices are UNMATCHED! Seriously! I’ve looked all over comparing prices and have even had a couple other jewelers ask me how much I’m paying just out of curiosity and they could not believe it! They literally thought I was lying to them! Also, her response time is amazing, I have literally texted her at any time of day or night and she answers quickly every time which has been a huge deal to me since my schedule is always changing due to work! I LOVE that I can just text her my ideas instead of having to come in to a store every time I want to discuss adding something to my ring or changing something entirely! I am getting a custom ring made by her and she has worked with me throughout every step of this process to get my ring perfect down to every detail! She genuinely cares about getting you exactly what you want instead of just wanting to make a sale as quickly as possible! For example, I originally had thought I wanted a 1.5 carat band because I had tried on what I was told was a 1.5 carat band at a different jewelry store and loved it. Well, I told Christine about my plans for the band and showed her pictures of the one I had tried on at that other jewelry store and she told me that the one I had tried on didn’t look like it was 1.5 carats and that a 1.5 carat band would be significantly thicker than the one I had tried on and she just wanted to make sure I knew that. Well that confused me because somebody had to be wrong here and I just didn't know who yet! So Christine asked if she could call the jewelry store to ask about the exact measurements of the band and diamonds in order to make sure she could give me exactly what I wanted, to which I said of course, why not! Well, they ended up refusing to give out any more information other than the fact that it was supposedly a 1.5 carat band and were very rude which gave me a bad feeling about them. So, after that terrible experience with them I decided to go to a few other jewelry stores to try on more 1.5 carat bands to verify what Christine was trying to tell me and sure enough she was completely right and totally saved me from making a HUGE mistake! A 1.5 carat band was in fact a lot larger than I wanted, so that jewelry store either had the band that I liked tagged wrong or they were just lying to me, but either way I was just so grateful for Christine double checking with me and going out of her way to make sure I was going to get what I wanted! I have changed my mind multiple times now on what I wanted my ring to look like and she has been nothing but patient and completely understanding every step of the way, which was a BIG deal to me because I’m a huge people pleaser so I was nervous to change my mind out of fear of upsetting or annoying her but she has been nothing but happy to help! She’s said to me multiple times now that she just wants me to be happy with the outcome and 100% on my choices, whatever that takes and that she totally understands the process I’ve had to go through to come to a final decision! Anyways, I could go on and on and on about how amazing she’s been to work with (as if I haven’t already gone on long enough lol) but don’t just take my word on it, go see for yourself! I promise it’ll be well worth it! Just figure out what shape, carat, color, and clarity diamond you’re looking for and start there! She’ll text you quotes for what you’re looking for and you’ll go from there! Or if you don’t know that yet, like I didn’t, then she’ll help you find what you like best and in your budget! Anyways, I’ll post an update to my review as soon as my custom ring is finished and on my hand so you can see what I got done! I was just too happy with Christine’s services thus far that I couldn’t wait to post a review!?❤️ Thank you again Christine, I can’t thank you enough!”

Unfortunately the new stone came out again a short time after repair. They checked it out and let's just say they took care of it. Not only do they do quality work, they back it up also. “Best kept secret is their facial and aesthetician services! I have had many facials before but nothing compares to the amazing treatment I got from Reed. It was SO much more than a facial it was like a spiritual experience. She started with a foot soak and rub, then included so many relaxing techniques including aromatherapy and deep breathing. She used an amazing mix of products- both Sharla’s brands and others. Everything used was super high end and high quality (even the bed is from Italy!). I was so relaxed I could barely move at the end. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any products (although at the end I wanted to buy everything!). Reed is so amazing, sweet and talented. If you want to really treat yourself to an amazing experience go see her! Best money I’ve ever spent.”

Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work.
