“DAVID “DJ” (Assistant Store Mgr…I am BLOWN AWAY for starters!! My husband and I just had the most incredible experience at this store! We would give 1000 stars if we could! We have a three year old EGO mower that wouldn’t start and is not under warranty. We were so grateful that starting with Ed on the phone, we could even bring it in and have it diagnosed!!! We understood it could take up to two months for repair but “DJ” checked it immediately and thought it might be a fuse. Within 15 minutes (or less) we were walking out with our WORKING EGO lawn mower!!!! How kind everyone there was from Ed to the cashier (so sorry I didn’t get her name to “DJ” who went above and beyond to take the time to make what was a nightmare for two grateful people in their mid 70’s into one of life’s greatest Blessings!!! We can not thank you enough “DJ” for what you did for us today!!! You are a BLESSING!!! (…and please thank Ed…so helpful and started the ball rolling!)”

Had a wonderful experience with John in the hardware section this morning I came in with a couple of drills and was looking for batteries and he looked at the tool combination and asked me a few questions and was able to find a deal going on that saved me over $100 and got me a better set than what I was trying to piece together on my own.
Karen customer service made the return process super simple she was very kind and respectful just a great team all the way around.”

“Since Covid sort of stopped everything in its tracks and everyone started doing home improvement, some things have become difficult to obtain. I called several box stores and lumber yards and was told “nope, won’t have any for a while.” So I decided that Melissa wasn’t really that far and called these guys.Success!!! Drive on up, pulled in and got exactly what was needed to finish a project for the wife! Now I won’t go anywhere else for lumber!”

Their staff is amazing always cheerful & kind.wanted to share with you guys when you go to their garden area always ask for JEEF he is a HIDDEN GEM of that store always friendly good service & hard worker.
