“Phenomenal local game shop, by nerds for nerds. They've got the latest consoles, but more importantly (for me), they service consoles, controllers, etc. I had a PS5 controller that had started to drift, and they cleaned it up and got it working again! While it's not much cheaper than getting a refurbished one, it's totally worth it to me to avoid being wasteful.They also have a grade reward system, which my kids appreciate, and just generally an excellent shop where I immediately felt at home. I'll definitely be back to browse, and when my controllers inevitably begin to degrade.”
“UPDATE:Steve called me and informed me that Asurion was to blame for all my response failures. He also contacted someone and had it corrected. Very nice man. He had told them weeks ago that the TV was not able to be fixed due to the screen being frameless but they failed to update my account with proper notes. He called them on my behalf and provided his cell number so that if they still do not hold up to their end of the bargain, he can help me get my tv replaced since that's what he told them to do 5 weeks ago.It seems the proprietor of this company is more interested in making excuses for poor customer service on his Google and yelp reviews than he is in actually answering or returning customer phone calls. If you expect updates as to the status of your repair, use someone else. This place is the epitome of unreliable and unresponsive. They'll be Johnny on the spot when you first make contact, but once they know they have you over a barrel, you're screwed. All I require is communication. I'm not even asking them to get to my repair in a certain time frame. I'm not asking that they make the impossible happen. I do expect frequent updates and full communication and disclosure. I don't believe that's too much to ask.”

I was pleasantly surprised how good it was from the crust to the sauce and cheese and pepperonis!
