I was trying to use the 2 year warranty on my Xbox Elite 2 controller, however because they only sell the Core 2, which is the same controller but it has a different sku, it took me about 2 hours in store over 2 days for Corporate to finally allow me to warranty the controller. The associates at the store were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to work with me till the issue was resolved. “I was sad to need a color copy on a Sunday. I hate it when people have to work on Sundays but I really need Real Estate Property Copies!Ashauni assisted me and did an amazing job. She was being rushed by rude customers and continued to be kind through the rush. I will be asking for her hours and will be using this office more frequently as result of her great attitude.I also purchase a set of headphone there instead of ordering online to reward the glad greetings I received at the door by the shift lead. “Great customer service! Nick was very knowledgeable about the product and helpful in purchasing them and helping with our exchange. The delivery team is great too. I had to change out my washer twice (do not buy LG washer, it’s screeches loudly) and they did the exchange easily.”

He talked to me for about 15 minutes, educating me on WiFi networks and how to set up a good one. Try this store out next time you are looking for tech and help to go with it.”

Update: I found they have two cords to plug in and I used only one of them. Either I missed that or it was missing in the manual explaining the setup.
I called a different Office Depot customer service and they provided a different number - of their installers, to speak with.

“Looking at the negative reviews, it seems most of them are related to product issues which shouldn’t reflect this store and its employees. I’ve been here twice, once for a repair and another time to purchase an iPhone and both times I experienced exceptional customer service. The staff is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable to where I didn’t worry who I’d get paired up with. Everyone I met was a great help. Highly recommend this location.”

“I recently contacted quick response, Where I met Isaiah, because my son dropped my Toshiba tablet, cracked my screen, and caused it to not turn on. Isaiah fixed my screen and put all of the intricate parts back together (that had been shaken up due to the drop) back in place. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for all of your technical needs!!!”

“One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.”
