“I moved here in 2019, and I love it... no where is perfect, but they are located in a great area. Office staff are decent maintenance is ok, overall nice place to live...if I had to complain about anything would be the random people that take advantage of our amenities that don't live there...also it is very pet friendly and I love it here!!”

“Me and my partner move in soon and we are excited for more space. We currently live in a Cortland property and are transferring to fountain wood. Megan was amazing during our tour, super sweet and funny. The property is very cute and seems to be well maintained. The interior isn't as updated as our current property BUT has way more storage and unique space, which we prefer anyway. We also have two dogs and look forward to being closer to parks and trails.”
