I have been living in Montecillo since 2015 and I am very happy. The staff is the best. Alfredo and Juan from maintenance have done an incredible job at the venue. Thank you very much without you, I don't know what we would do. We always solve everything at the same time. Instant !!!!!

Alexis is one of the best managers I’ve ever seen, always helpful, always responsive, and always respectful, most property managers I have felt with have been quick to dismiss a tenants request or complaint but Alexis has always dealt with any issue quickly and with full attention!
