“The entire staff is great. My slight issue with the apartment is the carpet, porch light fixture sitting in the hallway, and no light fixtures in the bedrooms. Other than that the complex is quiet, clean & in an awesome location.”

“I absolutely loved my experience here. Carlos and Danielle were literally the best. This is truly a luxury experience and I hate my time here was cut short but I had no issues moving in/out or during my stay. The leasing office is beautiful & offer complimentary drinks/snacks to residents daily. The units are lovely. My daughter thought we lived in a hotel at first. The pool is nice & they have a hot tub! The neighborhood is small so maintenance request are handled pretty fast! The only downside is there’s truly not enough parking & some residents guest park inside the gate which makes it difficult for residents to park. Other than that, I highly recommend leasing here.”

“I'm currently a resident here, I've been living here for almost a year, and I have to say Chris and Daniela are the best leasing agents I've ever had. From day one, Chris ensured my living arrangements were taken care of. He was patient and very descriptive about the floor plans and leasing terms. In addition, he walked me through the leasing process and kept me up to date with the process. Whenever I have stopped by the leasing office with questions about my lease or any concerns, Daniela has been accommodating in answering my questions. I highly recommend Chris and Daniels for any leasing inquiries.”

“I lived here for 4 years and wouldn’t have moved if I didn’t have to relocate for work. The office staff, Crystal and Jennifer were incredible throughout the years. They are welcoming and take care of any issues right away. The maintenance guy Angel is amazing and is responsive should any problems arise. Any maintenance requests are taken care of either the same day or next. The staff really did feel like a family. My apartment itself was spacious for a one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer included. I enjoyed the corridor style of the apartments so anyone outside cannot see you entering your apartment which made me feel safer. As per noise complaints, I had one neighbor who was noisy but the office staff were responsive in notifying the occupant to keep it down. As per location, the apartment is centrally located so you are able to access the east and west side of El Paso. Overall, I loved living in these apartments and I’m sad to leave. They definitely take care of you here!”

“I’d been highly satisfied with my stay at Independence Place. The unit i was in was fresh, and i took pride to leave it in the same condition for the next tenant. Thanks to the responsive maintenance team, my appliances & A/C stayed on point. Neighbors stayed to themselves. It's a pet friendly community and never any loose animals. It’s a small community so I’d suggest if you have a dog, always pick up after your little companion; they conveniently have dog bags and trash bins, no excuses. Lastly, the customer service was an A+. The leasing office answered promptly every time i called and always had a helpful answer for my questions. Thank you for being pet-friendly and flexible to my military career.”

“I've had a great stay living here. It is indeed pricey, but the location is central to my going in and out. Maintenance is very responsive and everything works about 85-88% of the time. The apartment tenants are pretty good, sometimes there is noise from the nearby establishments or maybe neighbors, but a nice call to your friendly non-emergency line can will quickly solve your problems”

“I lived here several years and when Abel was there service was on point. Maintenance was timely and always delivered. The staff was friendly and professional and very easy to work with. I enjoyed my time living at this complex very much, although the floor plan is awkward since the kitchen space is so small but I made it work. The only bad thing I can say is I never got my deposit back and the apartment was returned in tact.”

“I’ve been here 3.5 months so far and the two maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly. Maintenance staff is super friendly and very professional. Leasing staff is available and helpful when I’ve had anything I needed addressed. The apartments could use some upgrades but you can see where the maintenance staff is always working on something so they seem to stay busy. Luis, leasing manager is great!”

“I loved my time at Santi, overall. The pool and Elmont were awesome. No pests, clean and simple living space. I will share what i didn’t like: 1. Parking. Consistent non-residents taking up the entire lot and never getting towed. As a night shift worker, I had to park on the street outside of the parking lot every time I got back after 7pm. Unacceptable considering you are supposed to have a Monticello parking sticker to be able to park here. Residents shouldn’t have to risk getting clipped by parallel parking on Castellano. 2. Storage: I am a cyclist, skier, and softball player. This apartment offers NO outdoor storage and if you dare place your bike or outdoor gear on your porch, you will get a nasty gram from management. 3. Maintenance timeline. When I had maintenance issues (fridge leak, shower pressure) they show up without advising you. I wanted to be there to show them the issues and they were never really fixed because it all happened when I was at work. 4. Apartment gym: since they opened the elmont gym, the Santi gym treadmills have been broke for 9 months. The door was also broken and inaccessible with the apartment key fob any time before 10am. I understand the new gym was open, however I should have access to the Santi gym. 5. Overzealous management emails: the fist two days I lived here, I was moving in and left boxes outside my door so that I could collect them and carry them to the dumpster. I got emails with photos of my boxes staying I was violating my lease by placing boxes outside my door. I apologize that I didn’t immediately take all boxes to the trash; however I was moving in and it takes more than 30 seconds to remove all of my boxes. 6. Price: I doubt this will change, but for the price of a 1br apartment I at least expect responsive maintenance, a secure parking lot with enforced towing, and pool area maintenance to include usable chairs, trash cleaned out of the pool area, and pool cleaning on a consistent basis. Again, I overall really enjoyed my time at Santi. But, for the price, I do expect a bit more, and I sincerely hope my review is taken to heart. I’ll be moving back to El Paso soon and would love to make Santi my home again.”

“I've been here going on 6 years. What I love most about here is the landscaping and how quiet it is. The ladies at the office are friendly and professional. I love that they have activities and treats for their residents. The maintenance team is amazing. They do their best to make sure everyone is taken care of. So thank you Aaron, Franco and Joaquin! Y’all are truly the best!!Oh and I love how spacious the apartments are. They're are also pet friendly which I love being a pet owner myself.”
