Very professional. The 26' truck was on good condition and ran well. Pickup and return were smooth, although pickup took a bit long.

This is our second weekend renting a Penske truck, to move our small items, and we had absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever! Highly recommended! We reserved online, and the in-person pick up was exceptional! The staff is friendly, and very helpful!
