The location is super central and convenient, close to Fort Bliss and Walmart, with easy access and no traffic to base, making it very soldier friendly with lots of military residents. The office staff is incredible, helpful, friendly, professional, and always available. The management team makes the community amazing, always there to help with a smile. Maintenance is outstanding, with work orders taken care of extremely fast by a respectful and professional team. Amenities are great, including an excellent pool and gym. The community feels safe with security driving around at night, and residents report no break-ins. While the rent is considered expensive and on the higher side, many feel it is worth it and you pay for what you get. However, there have been frustrations with the valet trash service not reliably picking up. Overall, it is described as exactly what you want in an apartment community.
