Been trying to call customer service to return a smoke alarm, but to no avail. Sent them email, but have not received a response. Their automatic email reply says they respond within 1 business day, but it’s more than a week and no response yet.

You have a very hard time trying to return things. I sent 24 smoke detectors back UPS said they tried delivering it three times. I call on the phone their phone number is out of order.
