“We are returning customers and love the furniture and the prices. Axel sold furniture to my daughter and us and he has always been so kind, quick, and efficient. The mattress set was just what we were looking for. The only negative would be the lady in the front. She was busy doing her makeup on the dresser near the mattress we wanted to look at so Axel had to move a chair so we can access it on the other side of the bed. She eventually had to move but continue doing her makeup on her desk. I find that very unprofessional. I do however am very happy with Axel’s customer service .”

Her knowledge of the products and personal information made our decision quite easy. I truly believe that occasions such as this are not accidental; they are preset by God. Message to Denver Mattress management and owners, you have an asset in Jacqueline. Treat her as such. Sales persons such as her are difficult to find AND keep.
